Coastal VA Auto Show for Bookings Made after September 1, 2024 Rates:

• $110 city view king

• 5 mph in show area during load in and load out.
• No Stunting, burnouts or any other form of reckless behavior
• No speeding anywhere on the Convention area.
• No sitting on show cars unless permission is granted.
• No refunds on the day of the event. Period.
• No advertising on show vehicles unless approved by CV Auto Show committee.
• Outside show is rain or shine.
• Make sure gas tanks are under ¼ Tank of gas. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• All keys are to be turned into the Sinclair Stations main tent after load-in is finished. 

Load In:

• Information to be sent via e-mail to participants. 
• Load in information will be sent out early November.

Convention Center Rules:

• If you have Nitrous, it must be disconnected.
• If you need electricity, you must purchase through convention center and you must have your space number. Click here for more info.
• All load in times will be given out by the CV Auto Show committee. 
• On Sunday, event ends at 6pm. Once spectators have exited, roll out will begin. Do not start vehicles before then.
• Your insurance will cover you and your vehicle at the event.

All car show participants and Vendors must display wristband/lanyard at all times. No passing of wristbands/lanyard to anyone other than those assigned.
